Why pre-nup is not a thing in India? Clearly urban Indians have their negotiables/ non-negotiables chalked out before marriage. Now that they have already decriminalized extra marital affairs, the next step should be it. Also, being a girl I support not giving alimony to a working divorced spouse if she is working and very much able to manage her own expenses.
